All activation credit fees and service payments made are non-refundable.
CHARGES: All new users must enjoy a 3 day free trial after which they will pay the activation credit fee of KES. 200 only which will be forward deducted as part of user service payments until depleted. After depletion of activation fee credit, Service payments are charged at KES 0.50 per completed sale (Per individual item not as a band).
Service payments are computed and billed automatically while approval of payments made may take up to 24 hrs.
The POS may be temporarily disabled after three (3) consecutive days of service payment default.
All service payments must be made only through official payment channels as specified in issued billing quotations.
The POS system is provided “as is” and may be subject to periodic updates.
Support services are available exclusively through the official contact channels provided within the system.
